June new moon meditation

This time, I had First Aid training at medical university in Tokyo, after getting out of it, I had meditation, sitting on a chair of a small park.

In the meditation, I got the word, 'Big Harmony'.

This is first time, this meditation is so wonderful, because we are connected with participants, animals, plants, the mother Earth directory.
